August 17th
Found out we were expecting our first baby on August 17th. Since we had planned to try, it did not come as a big surprise. Now on to the hard work ~ finding a doctor and getting ready for our new addition. We've decided to call him or her "Sparky" until the birth in honor of our recent camping trip to the Upper Pennisula, where there was a big forest fire going on.
